"I have a power assist push mower that I haven't had any work done to it for probably 7 years and the power assist was getting weak. I took my mower to Ulrich's, he had finished the work with just a few day which was great as my grass blew up almost overnight. The mower worked like it hadn't in years, really made easy work of mowing. The power assist was still weak, so I called him up and he got back to me right away. I took my mower back - he discussed some possible causes. Brian does take a lot of time explaining what was wrong, what he can try and gives you maintenance/operating tips so your operation will last better, longer. So I left my mower with him and headed home. I didn't even make it home before he was calling saying he's pretty sure it has it fixed and asked for my home address so he can bring to my house. I get home literally minutes before he shows up and sure enough, the power assist could now drag me up a hill. Everything you could ask for; friendly, professional, prompt and capable. Since he was at my house, I had him take my snow blower to get that worked on. I will not go anywhere else as long as he is in business."
