ECL is a licensed Pennsylvania contractor and a grower of native and fine ornamental nursery stock. We occasionally use subcontractors and currently employ 14 employees. Mike and crew were here on time for the job, went right to work and you could tell this is a crew that works well together and cares about what they do. I was impressed with the care they took getting everything just right when laying the asphalt. The parking area looks fantastic.
