"They came a little unprepared. They had no battery with them to install the backup. They did go out and but one at a local retail store but I am not sure I got as good a quality battery as I might of if they had been prepared. The work area needed some polish after they left. "Great! I had this work performed in March 2018. Summer 2018 has seen constant rain and flash flooding. Previously I would have had several feet of water in my basement from the saturating rain and storms that came through together (5+inches in 6 hours with 12 inches in 48hrs in already wet ground). Basement has been completely dry. I thought work would be more noticeable. The concrete over the drain is nicely done. No complaints about the work, better results than I expected (I expected it to be more noticeable)."

"They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
