"The team arrived on time to do extensive work on my basement floor and walls and outside underground drainage issues. They worked tirelessly all day to remove old concrete, lay a new pipe system, pour new concrete, install sump pump, and seals. They prepped the walls and sealed and painted with Loxon paint. Radon seals were included in the redone areas. The outside work included installation of a new underground drainage pipe with pop up exit drain. A rubber membrane was installed behind the house siding. We?ve had several days of heavy rain since the waterproofing work was completed and the basement floor and walls have remained dry. "We chose Dan based on his knowledge of the work that needed done. Repaired bowing walls in the basement, installed a french drain around the perimiter of the basement, installed two sumps and replaced a water damaged sill beam at the top of the foundation. The sill beam damage was caused from an outside patio sloping toward the house. The solution was to remove a portion of the patio (not the entire patio), which provided access to the sill beam and rim joist. Replacing the sill beam required jacking the basement joists up to repair the sag in the floor and install the new sill beam. The patio concrete was repaired neatly with a strip seal drain against the house to catch any water draining toward the house. Nice solution to the the problem. Dan provided the most economical solution to my bowing wall problems, carbon fiber straps for the areas where the wall bowing was less severe and steel beams where the wall bowing was much worse. In comparison to other companies quoted, Dan provided the most repair work for the money and in one case 1/3 less. Dan was able to start work within a week, not months like some companies, and finished the work as indicated, could not have asked for more. When the job was complete the area was cleaned up nicely and the concrete work and sill beam replacement looked great. We are very happy with Dan and would recommend him to anyone needing waterproofing work, most economical, fair, upfront, does what he says and completes the job quickly not over a long period of time."

"They came a little unprepared. They had no battery with them to install the backup. They did go out and but one at a local retail store but I am not sure I got as good a quality battery as I might of if they had been prepared. The work area needed some polish after they left. "Great! I had this work performed in March 2018. Summer 2018 has seen constant rain and flash flooding. Previously I would have had several feet of water in my basement from the saturating rain and storms that came through together (5+inches in 6 hours with 12 inches in 48hrs in already wet ground). "I was very impressed with Seth and his crew! We had a horrible water situation in our basement (bought an older home and the first heavy rain revealed serious water issues! ugh!) and knew it needed a serious solution if we wanted to be able to use our basement for storage. "They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.
