They did go out and but one at a local retail store but I am not sure I got as good a quality battery as I might of if they had been prepared. The work area needed some polish after they left. We had a horrible water situation in our basement (bought an older home and the first heavy rain revealed serious water issues! ugh!) and knew it needed a serious solution if we wanted to be able to use our basement for storage. I chose Better Basements & Beyond because it is a local company (not some big box company just out to make a buck) but also because Seth actually does the work himself (again, no fancy representative doing a sales pitch who doesn't get his hands dirty). He stands by his work and makes sure it it done to the highest standards. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs water mitigation services."
