Had to wait because they were dealing with much more pressing tree issues after the storm, but just a little over two weeks wasn’t a bad turnaround. All the debris was cleared and prompt communication thru the entire 2 weeks."

But nature intervened and I feared our small project would be pushed back far on their roster. He called and arrived on May 2nd to give an estimate since was already in the neighborhood and proposed two additional services which we had not even thought about and were happy to include. And for a very reasonable price. Despite the extent of their continued heavy schedule they were able to fit in this smaller project today, a wait of only two weeks and performed a very fast, tidy, and visually pleasing result. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."
