"Initially I had requested that Gary present to my home to provide me with an estimate on reducing a 1-2" high, roughly 20-24" long lip in my basement floor that had been the cause of an injury that occurred in my basement. Gary presented promptly to my home on the day the estimate was scheduled. I was very pleased with his overview of the work that he would perform; admittedly, I wasn't certain if the price was right because he was the first estimate I got. However, Gary would ultimately be the only estimate I would get because I found him to be very likeable and honest; he showed genuine concern when I discussed the injury that took place in the basement. I hated to ask that he reduce it down more but Gary agreed with no hesitation. A short while later, Gary asked that I come down and view the work again--it looked great! Admittedly, I was so pleased that shortly after Jeff and Gary left, I texted a picture of the work to my wife, mom, and dad.
