Bunker Handyman and Lawn Care ServicesAWFUL! Its chipping and scaling. It was done only 18 months ago. We called and explained to the owner what was going on and he did come over to reinspect. He said he could redo the job at no cost to HIM! He said he doesn't work for free! It's his error for mixing the concrete on site...
