"After I had made the appointment, the serviceman arrived thinking he was to clean my house, not shampoo the carpets. Phone calls back and forth to his office; finally got the directions right. Did adequate job but seemed to lose interest when I told him that three rooms had recently been recarpeted and didn't need cleaning."

"Mike was eager to get the job. He replied to the search on HA within 30 minutes of posting and got the job done several days later. He uses a cleaning machine that seemed to be more like what we can rent but he moved furniture and did a complete job. Our carpets weren t filthy but does appear cleaner in a high traffic area. Also cleaned a recliner which was dirty and now appears clean!"
