"After I had made the appointment, the serviceman arrived thinking he was to clean my house, not shampoo the carpets. Phone calls back and forth to his office; finally got the directions right. Did adequate job but seemed to lose interest when I told him that three rooms had recently been recarpeted and didn't need cleaning."

"I was not there to meet Andrew and we had a little confusion with getting payment to him but he still was as nice as could be and did an EXCELLENT job.
