"We actually got an estimate for the bathroom about 9 months before going ahead with the work.  When Tom came to look at the bathroom again, he stuck to his original estimate.  We added some other jobs that needed to be done, and they charged a fair price for all the extras, with no surprises.  They were courteous and professional, arrived on time and did a great job.  The bathroom is beautiful!  We're waiting for new kitchen cabinets to be delivered, and they will install those as well.  We would recommend All Phases without hesitation.

"I can't say enough good things about this company.  I was not able to make the kitchen larger, but I wanted more cabinet space and counter,  Jeff had great ideas about how to accomplish this. He is very knowledgeable.  He designed  a new layout that included moving the sink from the corner to under the window.  This gave more useful counter space between the stove and sink.  He gave me great advice about quality cabinets, sink and granite counter top. The linoleum floor was replaced with porcelain tile.  Ugly florescent lighting was replaced with recessed lights and a fan.  The crew did a great job installing everything.  They are meticulous workers. I am very happy with the kitchen.  It's beautiful!  I highly recommend this company."

"They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.

"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. I was pleased he resolved my clogged sink so quickly so I could rest after a night's work. Thank you again, Joe."

"Absolutely stunning transformation! 5 stars and more for Aguitektura! As a realtor, I see a lot of kitchens, but the renovation that Aguitektura just completed on my own home takes the golden trophy! The entire process was a dream, from the initial consultation to the final finishing touches. Floor plan magic: The pre-renovation layout was clunky and inefficient. Enter the design genius of Aguitektura! They listened to my needs and translated them into a seamless, functional masterpiece. Walls moved, space opened up, and suddenly my kitchen was not just a place to cook but a place to truly live. The flow is incredible, and every square inch is now used to its full potential. Quality that shines: The craftsmanship and attention to detail are absolutely top-notch. No shoddy work here! From the custom cabinetry to the high-end appliances, everything is beautifully installed and built to last. They even managed to incorporate some of my existing pieces seamlessly, saving me money and preserving a touch of sentimentality. Stress-free zone: Let's face it, renovations can be stressful. But not with Aguitektura! They kept me informed every step of the way, were flexible with my schedule, and always responsive to any questions or concerns. Their professionalism and clear communication made the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable. A realtor's rave: As a realtor, I can confidently say this renovation has added immense value to my home. It's not just the beautiful aesthetics, it's the improved functionality and the sheer joy of finally having a kitchen that works for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aguitektura to any of my clients looking to elevate their living space. In fact, I'm already singing their praises! If you're looking for a kitchen renovation that exceeds expectations, look no further than Aguitektura. They'll turn your culinary dreams into reality, and who knows, you might just find yourself writing a rave review just like mine! P.S. Don't forget to ask about their floor plan expertise! They have a real knack for transforming awkward spaces into functional havens."

"

I thought fit was a leak in the pipes. However, the toilet upstairs was leaking, which caused water to run down into the kitchen that made the ceiling leak. They were able to open up the ceiling, find the problem, and fixed the problem in such expediate timing. The work was excellent, and I would hire them from here on to fix any problem that I would have in the household.

"Amazing! Spidy woman plumbing did such a great job in our new.house, I couldn't reccommed them more highly! They were incredibly punctual with every issue presents, respectful and cleanly in my not so cleanly house and kept everything professional. Al had to go through the sheetrock in one of my closest to access a pipe where the sink needed to drain, and when he got through the sheetrock he still couldn't gain access to that pipe so he quickly came up with another solution to blow our pipes with a garden hose which did the trick no problem! Dawn came to assess the situation the day before and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. All and all 10/10 and would / will use them again in the future for any of our plumbing / heating related needs!!!! Also, incredibly affordable and are homeowners themselves so are incredibly respectful. Can't say enough good things about this wonderful company! Thanks again, The Slauenwhite's"
