"Target Carpet Care arrived a few minutes before the two hour window they had given us. The technician, David, was very professional and knowledgeable. I declined to pay extra for deep cleaning of one room where David felt it was needed. David did a quick and thorough cleaning of the rugs. I negotiated to pay extra to also have our steps and sofa cleaned. Very happy with the service---will probably use them again next year."
