We use steam cleaning so it makes sense that your carpet would be a bit damp. We always tell our customers that the carpet will be a bit damp before the job. 2. You said I dumped water in the street. I dumped the water in the sewer, The equipment is heavy and sometimes difficult to operate. If I did leave water on the street I apologize but it was only water. I did not dump any dangerous chemicals near your house. 3. You said that I was "terrible", "upset", and "bad". I always try to keep a positive attitude with my customers, I love my job and what I do and am sorry for you inconvenience. You purchased the deal for $69, I tried to do the best I can for the deal that you purchased. Sale's tax on service is nothing I can do. This is required by the state. 4. You said that I don't accept charge cards. The minimum transaction for credit card must be $50 or up. In your case you wanted me to take credit card for only $4 and unfortunately I am unable to do so. I am sorry I did not have change with me that morning, it was my first job of the day. If I said you needed a new carpet, it was not to be rude but to explain what you are getting out of the job and other options to getting a clean carpet.
