This business was able to complete a post flooding cleanup where a basement ceiling collapsed onto the floor and a heirloom couch, leaving plaster, paint, and drywall everywhere. My original insurance co. selected contractor for cleaning this, a well known chain, misled me by denying to do my furniture because he thought it was upholstered in leather. In truth, it was simply microfiber, that plenty of other couches are made of. Ken extremely nice and helpful, demystified this issue for me, & earning my business in the process. They completed a great job with no "alleged" negative effects on the couch, such as the pigment coming off or fabric unraveling, and at a significant cost savings compared to the other guy. Highly recommended for local flooring and upholstery jobs big or small!"

Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off. The work was done well.  My son suggested to them that if they had time they could clean the windows.  Instead, they left.  They also broke my bathroom scale while cleaning. Bummer.
