"Excellent service! Appointment time was right on time. Professional and courteous in workmanship. Have used Garth twice before for cleaning couches and loveseats and had him back for the whole basement rug. Very happy with results and always follows up to make sure you are satisfied."

"The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."

"Superior is a great service. This is the second time we have used them. Scheduling is easy, and Aaron is very dependable. This is truly dry carpet cleaning, which we appreciate with an elderly person in the house 24/7. You can walk on the carpet right away. Organic is also important to us, as we have a person with allergies. Aaron worked by himself this time and was thorough and respectful of our home. We will definitely be calling Superior again!"

Dry mode positively impacts indoor air quality by reducing excess moisture, which stops the growth of mold and mildew. By maintaining optimal humidity levels, dry mode creates a less hospitable environment for allergens and airborne pathogens, improving overall air quality. However, it's essential to ensure proper ventilation to prevent stale air accumulation.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), no single water filter or treatment system can remove 100% of contaminants. To find the best filter for your needs, first determine which impurities are most important for you to remove. For example, reverse osmosis (RO) filters are highly effective at removing a wide range of contaminants, including sediment, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, dissolved salts, and chemicals. However, the RO process can also filter out beneficial minerals like calcium and magnesium. If eliminating bacteria is your main priority, a UV filter could be a suitable choice. Additionally, distilled water is considered the most pure form of filtered water available.

The effectiveness of an air purifier is heavily dependent on its size. While portable air purifiers are best for single rooms or limited areas of the house, whole-house air purification systems are installed within the HVAC system to provide filtering for the entire indoor space. Discussing your needs with your installation company is the best way to determine what type and size of system your home requires.

As a general rule, HVAC air filters should be replaced every one to three months (or every 90 days). However, the ideal frequency depends on several factors, including the filter type and your home's environment. For instance, if you use thinner filters (1-2 inches deep), have pets, have household members with allergies, smoke indoors, or frequently keep windows open, you may need to change the filter as often as once a month. It's best to follow the manufacturer's recommendation as a guideline and visually inspect the filter monthly to see if it's dirty. Regular filter changes are crucial for maintaining proper airflow, good indoor air quality, and efficient HVAC system operation.

You can use a pressure washer to clean the outdoor condenser coils if the dirt buildup is too heavy for a garden hose and sprayer. Use a gentle setting on your pressure washer to avoid damage to the coils and fins. Do not use a pressure washer on indoor evaporator coils.
