Had water damage in basement bedroom suite from a failed facet. Insurance company wanted to have carpet cleaned first before determining if it had to be replaced. Reached out to Garth based on numerous positive reviews to have bedroom carpet cleaned as well as a heavily trafficked family room. Quick response and excellent communication. Provided detailed and honest assessment of service he provides, set realistic expectation and provided estimate. Flexible and quick scheduling. Excellent results in both rooms. He didn't take any short cuts; moved and cleaned under furniture. After cleaning ,the guest bedroom, you would never know there was any water stains. The family room, the carpeting is about 20 year old, but after the cleaning looked as if we had new carpeting installed. Highly recommended and will definitely use him in the future to clean our carpeting.

Garth was prompt on his replies, provided an estimate, and scheduled the job quickly. He did a terrific job. We have 3 dogs and not only he cleaned the carpet, but he was also very careful with the dogs around the front door. Highly recommend.

The carpet was 35 years old and very stained. I wanted it cleaned before my father came home from the hospital just so I knew it was clean even though I knew it would still be stained. Great care was taken to remove adhesive that had stuck to parts of the carpet. Service was scheduled with very little lead time as so was only in the area for a few days. Very easy to work with, great communicator and a nice man. Highly recommend.

The carpets look fantastic! He was meticulous in his work and was very careful not to scratch or wet the hard wood floors that were outside each room. I only regret that I didn’t take before and after pictures. This was definitely money well spent.
