I was extremely impressed with the fantastic job that Heroic Cleaning Services did on my new home. It was a full top-to-bottom cleaning before move in, and the quality of the job they did exceeded my expectations. I would certainly hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Just want to tell you I hired this company months ago but we couldn't get our schedules together today James came out for the first time and he told me after we walked my one bedroom apartment it would be 4 hours so I went and disappeared went to my friend's house and he called me in two and a half hours and said he was done I told him I'd be there 5 minutes to make sure I paid them and my house looked amazing it's a one bedroom apartment I work 70 80 hours a week so doesn't really get dirty I have two kitties but the experience I had with Deb the owner and with James today is all worth five stars it's 45 an hour he was here two and a half hours but by the time I got here he was here almost 3 hours and then I gave him a tip on top of it so 160 bucks my last cleaning person would come here to my one bedroom apartment for 5 hours for $200 I'm grateful I found them that would highly recommend them to anybody

I have a chronic illness and my bedroom looked like an episode of Hoarders. James transformed my bedroom and was judgment free. It's hard asking for help and he made me feel at ease.

Second housecleaning service was excellent as was the first last month. Such a pleasure to have been fortunate enough to connect with this very reliable, highly skilled, and reasonably priced customer focused team. Added value is the fact that all team members take every precaution to protect others from pandemic worries by proudly wearing protective gear and respecting scientific benefits of vaccinations. We, who have compromised immune systems, can feel comfortable welcoming them into our homes.

I couldn't be happier with the work Heroic Cleaning Services did. James showed up on time and did above and beyond work. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they have done! They were also super friendly and very easy to work with!

First encounter, it was ok, property was not prep for Visit

This was our first four-hour housecleaning service by this customer-focused company. It exceeded expectations.Thank you James and Josh for your thorough and wholehearted outstanding team work performance. Our house and we are VERY pleased. Looking forward to customizing an ongoing work schedule.

James showed up on time and preformed excellent work. No problem when I noticed some items were missed during the clean-up. Had to come back to finish the cleanup especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Would definitely use James again.

This gentleman arrived on time. Worked all day cleaning everything in sight. My elderly brother is neat as a pin but is only good at minor cleaning. Heroic Cleaning Service has his apartment looking brand new. So grateful for their time and effort. So thankful I said yes to their proposal. The price was right in that it meets Industry standards for Philadelphia. Heroic is a company I gladly recommend.

Was available the next day

James arrived on time. Asked permission before opening and or moving anything of a personal nature. I.e closed doors/cabinets. Furniture and Individual items on it was cleaned. This was an after renovation cleaning. So this abandoned looking house is a home again!!!

James was early for the appointment and awesome to work with. He made the bathroom look new. I cant say enough. His work was excellent

He is timely, great attitude, and easy to work with and he will fit you in at the last minute if you need emergency cleaning.

The quality and in-depth cleaning my stove(especially) and kitchen received was incredible! I was nervous about the caked up grease on the hood and back drop but there was no judging and his cleaning supplies used worked the best. James was down to earth really was diligent and cleaned every nook and cranny and the kitchen was spotless -arrived on time!
