"I called Mark for peace of mind and to see if I could get a better rate with a re-fi I was doing with another company, weeks before my closing.  He told me today rates will be announced any moment, and can he call me back.  I left him my number and he called me back within a few minutes.  Since I've been ripped off many times before, it's hard for me to trust anyone and sadly I've become very skeptical, which prompted me to shop around.  I'm happy I found and called Mark. He was honest, direct and assured me that I wasn’t being ripped off.  He told me I got a great rate for an investment property and that I should go ahead and close on the home.  You owe it to yourself to give him a call and see what he can do for you.  Should I get another mortgage in the future, Mark at Central Lending will definitely be one of the first I call."
