"Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."

"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. "Honestly I was happy with universal windows from beginning to end. Great customer service. But when installer came he was top notch. Perfect job. Hard worker took no shortcuts at all. He was so thorough. He went beyond. I have cancer he wore mask for me even when he didnâ  t have to. He moved all my furniture back. And let me tell you he removed a glass block that was horrible not one word or grunt!!!! It was just horrible. He cleaned up everything. Covered everything. I want to have some more windows done but only if he can be the installer!!! Mike Moran"
