"Please see attached pictures of the work that was done. This has been the worst and most painful experience in my life ever. Mr. Gilberto Mora from Personal Painting is a one man business. He recently hired two inexperienced men to assist with minor details and not the actual paint or spackle job. Basically, they run back and forth to his truck to get supplies for him which is annoying because the door slams constantly and my AC is on. It took him over a month to do the job and he showed up a few hours at a time on four different occasions. He kept rescheduling me because he had bigger paying jobs than mine. He would show up at my house when it rained. He told me he could squeeze me in-between because he is presently painting the outside of homes and can’t paint them in the rain. Here are the end results of the nightmare. He failed to put on a second coat of paint as contracted in three rooms, failed to give me a receipt for services, failed to smooth out many imperfections from wet sanding, failed to paint my exterior door frame which I supplied him with the paint prior to and he has failed to return my paint. Also, he cleaned his paint supplies in my sink. I have a septic tank so this is never a good thing because the latex in the paint can cause serious damage which he was unaware of. I told him to clean his tools outside but he did not want to comply with my wish. Told me to get an engineer to check my tank out for damage in a smart- alec way. I have already paid him in full in cash for the services and he failed to complete the job and decided to stop responding to me via text which is his form of communication, I saved all of our texts though. He is a GOOD example of over promising and not delivering. Now I have to pay someone else to complete the POOR workmanship and the incomplete work. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau & Consumer Affairs next. I am expecting a refund of my money and compensation for my Benjamin Moore paint that he stoled."

"Brian and his crew are professional, kind and so very helpful. When I first reached out to Brian to get a quote he responded promptly and gave me a quote within 12 hours of his visit. He worked well with my schedule and the other contractors that were working in the house at the same time. He was especially patient about having new holes ripped into freshly painted rooms by the electricians I hired after the fact. He stuck around to patch all (around 15 or so) holes in my ceilings and walls and repainted entire walls and ceilings for me. Brian's helpfulness extends far beyond just painting. He is also very handy and helped me fix and install several items around the house such as bathroom mirrors and sconces. He introduced me to other contractors that he felt could help me with some of my other renovation projects and they all turned out to be very reliable and helpful as well.
