"Marian is quite a catch! She really is everything I was looking for in a cleaning professional. She is very, well, professional, but so much more as well. She is very good at what she does, she has a well-organized business, she's punctual, responsive, and offers a fair price. But what makes her special are 2 other things: her personality, and that she "gets it". She is so nice to have around- she is cheerful, energetic, and funny and she loves my kids and my goofy dog. And she "gets it"- she knows how to do her job well without stressing me out. She does little things that she knows needs to be done- like watering my poor plants- and will alter her cleaning schedule or cleaning duties based on what I (or her) notice need to be addressed. She does a FANTASTIC, thorough job cleaning, and takes eagerly seeks out and is receptive to feedback if there is something that I'd like done differently next time.

"Showed up when they said they would. Very professional. Took all of the outdoor furniture off the deck themselves. After pressure washing, they returned a couple days later to do seal coat. Again, very professional. After that they returned a few days later, after seal coat cured, to return all the outdoor furniture - plus about a dozen potted plants - back to the deck. I honestly thought I would have to do that but they reminded us after doing the seal coat that they will be back to do it. That was a real plus!
We went with Nolan given their high Angie's List rating. We did not get any other bids. We think they were a bit expensive. But, they are clearly a very professional operation and very reliable. They are worth it! We will use them again.
