"Our new bath and shower is beautiful. Caulking could be a little neater/nicer but fine. We waited the full 24 hours for drying and began to use it. The day after we started using it we found a wet spot on our dining room ceiling under the tub/shower. We called West Shore and they had somebody out within two hours to stop and fix the leaking. West Shore made arrangements for the ceiling to be repaired on a Saturday so we would not miss any more time from work. I asked for the local manager to give me a call and no one has communicated with us. I appreciate that the problem has been fixed but the trust is gone. Are we going to have further problems? I feel as if the company needs to make things right with us and keep the promises of trust and quality we were given during the sales pitch."

"I supposedly won their contest at the State College Home Show 2022 for $1200 certificate. Rep came out and knew nothing about giving me the prize I won. Should have seen this as red flag. Window and entry door replaced anyway. Like the window. BUT, the door has major air draft coming in down the side and across the bottom. Have been calling repeatedly for 2 months leaving multiple messages- no return call since back in October. Company sent me letter 11/30 and called me that evening trying to get me to hire them to do more work. Assured me they would send someone to correct problem with initial work. Still have not received phone call or service visit from anyone in this company. Don't enter their contests at Home shows- I think they use this as way to get into your home to sell you their company when you haven't really won anything. and don't hire them to do any work. They will not fix any problems!!"

"Fabulously!! My wife and I have used Patete Kitchen and Bath Design for over 30 years. During that time, we have had two bathrooms and our kitchen completely remodeled. A few weeks later, I again spoke with Wayne, and he told me that the cabinet modification was complete and that Keith would contact us and reinstall the cabinet. Sure enough, on schedule, Keith arrived and within an hour, he installed the new, modified cabinet, and it was a perfect fit above our new refrigerator. Both Wayne and Keith have been members of the Patete team of craft experts for decades, and their wealth of experience showed on this job.
