"I originally hired Pam and her crew to clean my carpets. The house has been undergoing an update and was supposed to be ready to move into. I arrived back in to town yesterday to do some unpacking. When I arrived it was clear there was no way I would be ready for carpet cleaning. Every single room was full of construction items and there was filth everywhere. I m caring for a husband who is immune suppressed and needs a safe environment. At the last hour I called Pam and asked if she could clean post construction vs doing my carpets. She was more than willing to do whatever we needed. They arrived on time, dressed very professionally and were extremely polite. They got to work and completed the job in record time. It was a stunning transformation. If it weren t for Covid I might have hugged her and her crew. The house was sparkling clean and smelled amazing. We are ready to move in and I know my husband will be safe. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will be hiring A1 Cleanings Solutions again."

"I absolutely love working with this company! Not only did they do an amazing job on my heavily soiled carpets but they even gave me a major discount! The young man even gave me free advice on how to maintain a different part of my home! I must say I am very impressed and will be rehiring!"

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

To effectively clean fine dust after construction, start by dusting high surfaces like ceiling fans, walls, and window sills, allowing the dust to settle. Then, use a vacuum with a HEPA filter on all surfaces, including furniture, carpets, and floors, making a second pass for thoroughness. Follow up by mopping hard surfaces with a damp mop to capture any lingering particles. It's also important to clean appliances, vacuum HVAC returns and supply vents, and replace the air filters. Properly ventilate the home to help clear out remaining dust, and avoid sweeping, which can spread the dust around.

Yes, hydrogen peroxide is another substance that can help dissolve the ink and lift it from your carpet’s fibers. However, it might also strip the dye from your carpet, so be sure to test an inconspicuous area first.

It is worth it to clean a mattress regularly for several reasons. For one, you'll increase the usable life span of the mattress, saving you from buying new mattresses as frequently. You'll also improve your home's indoor air quality and reduce odors and bacteria, both of which can positively impact the health of your household.

A professional cleaning service generally takes a few hours, typically between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the property's size and the severity of any stains. Keep in mind that wet cleaning methods will require additional drying time.

Figuring out why you have a musty smell in your house is the first step to getting rid of it. Mold or mildew is most likely causing the unpleasant odor. People use these terms interchangeably, but they’re actually different.

Mold is a fungus that loves to grow in moist, humid places. It’s typically black or green and has a raised, uneven texture. Stay vigilant for signs mold may be growing in your home.

You’ll find mildew growing on your shower walls and in your bathroom’s nooks and crannies. It’s a specific type of mold that grows flat. Mildew is usually white, gray, or yellow.
