"I hired them to remove the hollowed out shell of a two story house with garage underneath, surrounded on three sides by stone. They did exactly what I wanted and left minimal debris. Total procedure/ partial road closure/ dumpster deliver to removal took 3 days. Only problem, there was a misunderstanding between the four of us (our fault not theirs) of the work that was going to be done. The contract was written for the removal of the whole structure. However one of us thought that the garage itself was going to remain. We're leery of the health of the remaining retaining walls. Not because of their work, but possibly some stability has been lost due to the removal of the structure (underestimated amount of earth being held back vs how much of the walls were natural limestone and shale). Cost $10,500 for total removal of 2 story structure."
