"Colt’s property service has done multiple projects for me and has done a good job with all of them. Most recently he regraded underneath my deck. And replaced the old footings. "Absolutely great, friendly, fast, professional and experienced. Goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I was in a bind when the excavating company I hired could not show up to do some work and we had a pool scheduled to be installed in a couple of days.
