"I did this job back in January in the middle of a snow storm had a five-star review for six months, never took a penny, till the job was done. She complained in June that I left boulders in her yard and wanted me to move them as part of the original job. Instead of calling me directly she called HomeAdvisor to issue a formal compliant. Fact of the matter was, we had an agreement to hire me when the ground was dry and bring equipment back to work on yard. The costs associated with moving and running this equipment is not cheap and I will not be bullied by this customer into doing work for free."
