"These guys were great. No hardcore sales pitch. Mike came out twice sampled the windows and explained the process. Professional installers were courteous, and clean. More important, knew their craft. Put all window treatments back in place. Later on, we did have an issue with one window (not quality) and the owner came out personally to remedy the fix."

As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

Then Alyssa took over and was consistently in touch with us—updating us on the schedule and rescheduling as needed due to weather delays. On install day, the crew showed up bright and early at 7 AM—just as promised. They got started right away. All materials and the dumpster had already been delivered days in advance, so there were no delays. They quickly set up tarps around the house and began removing the old shingles and boards—we opted for a full deck replacement. Joe, the project manager, stayed in contact via phone and text, letting me know he’d be arriving a bit later. That wasn’t an issue at all because his foreman, Ivan, had everything well under control.
