"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. I asked if someone would be calling to schedule the work to be finished. He assured me that someone would be calling. No one ever called or returned."

"They were friendly and thorough. I heard from them immediately, scheduled with them within a week and they completed the work in less than 8 hours (and tidied up as they worked!). I had many household outlets that needed repaired or replaced as well as repair to improper wiring to my sump pump. They explained the work they would be doing, and the price quoted was the price I paid. It felt like I had a well-qualified family member helping me around my home. My house has many opportunities for improvement. They will be the only ones I call to have them done!"

"Rough Diamond Construction Company did an excellent job remodeling my family room/basement. Nate's attention to detail and his expertise was well worth every dollar paid. He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient.
