I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"John and his crew do excellent work at very fair prices. I first met John in 2021 to get a roof estimate and he advised waiting (if the roof wasn’t leaking), since the price of wood was crazy right after Covid. That told me right there I found an honest roofing company. Fast forward to 2025, I decided it was definitely time to replace my 33+ year old roof and reached out to John again. His estimate was about half the estimate I got from a national home improvement company. The estimate consisted of a complete re-roof of the house and 2 car garage, new soffits and fascia, new siding on one side of the house, and new larger 6K seamless gutters. I was happy that I didn’t have to pay any deposits upfront. John broke the project down into several stages to be done on separate days as materials came in. No money was needed until the day the crew showed up to start the work for that particular job. Their work was fast, well executed and I highly recommend them without hesitation. "

"Had stormdamage,called Impriano(installed roof 27 yrs ago)for repair.Kevin came, he thought the shingles were discontinued.A couple hrs later he confirmed & recommended contacting insurance to start a claim & advised the sales department to set up appointment.Sales rep Brendan came a few days later & gave estimate to replace the roof. He was informative,not pushy,no long presentation required,but all the necessary info was supplied.The insurance process took time.Although insurance only covered the front,due to age we decided on total replacement.Brendan was extremely helpful, supplying detailed lists of the items necessary. His help brought the reimbursement up to the actual cost of the loss.Our job was big, took 2 days, The crew worked hard to be sure there would be no issues overnight & were back 7 the 2nd day,Saturday.1st thing Monday, gutter crew came to reinstall gutters,couple days later electrician came to secure wiring from the attic fan we removed. Very good experience both "

"Had 12 windows installed 10 years ago. At least one window has required attention every year. Many years it was up to 3 windows that required attention. Tom Orsato Jr recently sold the business to Bob, window tech and long time employee. Bob the new owner came out in May to assess 4 windows. Bob told me on May 19th it would be 2-6 weeks for new windows and parts for the 4 windows to be procured. Contacted Bob in July and again in September. Bob never followed up. Blamed me for not following up with him after he told me the parts would finally be in early September. Bob finally came back out today October 6th to fix the 4 windows. He was getting ready to leave when I brought to his attention he hadn't properly fixed one of the windows. He proceeded to tell me " he didn't need to service my windows" and "he was doing me a favor" . Blamed the previous owner for installing cheap windows. Worst customer service experience ever. He got loud in my house. He is not a professional. This is not the Delaware Valley Aluminum that people have trusted since 1954. Bob , the new owner, is a long time employee who is rude, unresponsive and blames the customer. One window won't go all the way up AFTER Bob FIXED IT. Disgraceful. I would look elsewhere. This is not a business you want to trust with your most valuable asset. You can see his work vehicle in my driveway. He didn't even inform me that he was unable to properly fix the window. He was just going to leave. I had unfortunately experienced his poor skills and craftsmanship when Bob was just an employee, so I knew I had to check the work prior to him leaving my home. Do not trust this business with your most valuable asset."

The “name” guard company plays games with pricing and puts you through the ringer. Chris does it all. His attention to detail and responsiveness is excellent."
