"They were friendly and they were quick. They had a great sense of humor and they were really great guys so I really like them. They really know their job, they really do and people had some other things to tell me that I didn't know. I was so glad. He really gave me some nice tips on things that I could do because he obviously was in my basement and he saw that I didn't have any heat down there. I better get heat there because the pipes will freeze. There's a leak in my bathroom and one of the faucets leaks should get fixed right away because it might turn out the pump again so he told me a lot of things. He was very helpful. "

They added extra safety hand rails along the walls from the bedroom to the bath and did an excellent job. The weather was below 0 degrees with high winds which did not slow them down! They showed up on time as promised. Would defiantly recommend to anyone!! Bill the owner did everything he promised and was excellent and right here in Tannersville Pa. The installer was clean and neat and took care of all cleanup. We have used it for 4 months and very pleased. We also feel it was a safety upgrade as the walk in does not require a high step in and out and very comfortable. We would recommend this bath up grade."

"If i could give zero stars i would have. We paid almost $12,000 back in October for them install a new system in our home. Since then we have failed county inspection 3 times. The techs who come out all have different stories and excuses. The electrician who came out last time Donald informed us of how terrible his own company was and how he planned to quit. Me and my mother have taken countless days off work for them to come bandaid the problems instead of fixing them costing us even more money for missing work. Last Monday we failed for the 3rd time so I reached out AGAIN to the cooperate office and here we are 7 days later with no response and issue still not addressed This will be reported to the BBB, Angie's list will be reported for false advertising because the reviews under this company's name are actually for a company they bought out action 9 will be involved if this isn't the last time I have to deal with these people. It's the most unprofessional experience I've had with any HVAC company and I'm very disappointed in how they conduct themselves and their business please home owners beware!!"
