A few years back on the coldest day of the year my furnace went. I talked to Ken who immediately wanted to know what my Insurance would pay. I told him five thousand. This next part is 100% true. He asked if I was open to making a little extra cash being that it would be 4300. I told him no. I already had a few Insurance claims and wasn't going to chance getting dropped. And more importantly why would I commit Insurance fraud? And for 300 dollars?Later in the day he chased my Insurance agent down at my house while I was in the shower. My agent told me he wanted the check. My agent said that I had to be present when cashing the check since it was in my name. When we went I noticed the check was for 5000! I asked why would you do that? I told you I would NOT do this. I told him it's going back to the Insurance. After completing the job he disappeared without even talking to me. I called him numerous times but Got his voicemail. I expressed how livid I was with him. In the mean time the furnace wasn't working properly. The thermostat wouldn't go under 78 degrees. Long story short he never fixed it and never paid back the money. I did report him to my insurance. This was the worst experience I ever had.

They have been excellent, on time, and reliable. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

I think price is average. He is very thorough and the people working for him are definitely quality people.

I called at 4PM when they technically close at 4:30. By 4:30PM they had a tech there and by 4:50PM I had a call letting me know what the issue was and that it was replaced.
He also took the time to explain what he did, what was wrong and even took the time to answer a question slightly unrelated.
Very polite, and I would definitely recommend.

fixed a recurring problem -- for no apparent reason, the toilet would have low water level and then wouldn't flus waste completely, eventually overflowing. And they fixed it.

I have used them for 20 years and have always relied on their quality work.

Excellent. Installation was on time and very clean.
Everything was done as promised.

Mr. Rex from the initial estimate to the completion of the job was excellent. He sat down with my wife and myself twice before the actual installation and explained everything in detail to us. After the unit was installed we had a problem which was quickly rectified.We are very satisfied and pleased with his and his employees work.

Ken is very likeable person and definitely knows his stuff, has a tendency to talk in technical terms that are sometimes difficult for the layman to conceptialize. his crew is very professional and will take the time to expalin installation questions. I am sure the neighbors probably did not care fore thier taste in music that was quite loud outside. this was a 1.5 day job, and the installation was smooth, no hicups along the way. I was a bit concerned about the lack of a seperate warranty form, outlining EXACTLY what is covered and what is not. the warranty diclaimer was part of the sales contract, which was a bit scant on specific - lawyer type, details. however, I did not get the impression this was a fly by night outfit. My bigest concern now is the efficiciency of these new units to perform in the NEPA winter. The A/C works great.

They were very efficient, good and reasonably priced. Their prices are very competitive.
