"BRIAN CAME TO MY AID IN THE MOST DIRE OF CIRCUMSTANCES I HAVE YET TO FACE SINCE BUYING MY HOME. IT WAS THE DEAD OF WINTER AND MY PIPES FROZE. AND WHEN THEY THAWED THEY BROKE IN MULTIPLE PLACES.
