Remi Renato was my project manager and he did a great job of keeping things moving while I vacillated between cost and doing it right. They carried every brick to a tarp and took the old chimney away without a trace. I’m still amazed at the clean up they did . "Logan and Ben were awesome. Logan came to clean my dryer vent and realized there was more of a problem. They ended up replacement the full vent pipe throughout my basement ceiling. They prevented me from having a major clean up job. My vent pipe was full of water which could have burst at anytime and caused a major leak into my finished basement. They were polite, clean and very professional. They updated me every step of the way and completed the job the same day. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this service. "

"Halloween night, I heard a noise that sounded Iike a freight train. A tree fell from the middle of my neighbors yard across my driveway/yard taking other trees down & leaving a gnarly mess behind. Thankfully my son & I were fine, no loss of power & my car/house were undamaged. After a restless night & nonstop wind, morning came. I contacted Pocono Lawn King to see if someone could come out. Joe, & his staff were on their way to another job, but said they’d be by in 30 mins. After they arrived, they stayed & took the unsafe trees down. They returned in the pm to cut up & chip the trees & clean up the debris. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, efficient & worked together like a well oiled machine. They did as much as they could working non-stop until dark. The team returned the following weekend w/a bucket truck & chipper to finish up. I highly recommend PLK - you won’t be disappointed. "

"I hired this contractor for a simple chimney installation. Instead, we now have a leaking chimney every time it rains or snows. The audacity of this contractor was shocking; after receiving full payment, he suggested my husband should climb onto the roof to apply silicone to fix the issue. He repeatedly promised to come back and finish the job but canceled at the last minute or simply didn't show up, doing this four times in total. Each time, he confirmed he would come, only to cancel or no-show. This caused me to lose four days of work waiting for him. When we tried to communicate, he ignored our messages until I threatened legal action. Only then did he respond, promising a refund which never materialized. Instead of addressing the issue, he blocked us on social media to avoid negative feedback. This forced us to spend an additional $1000 to hire another contractor to fix what he left undone. "

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing.
