Gary answered all of my inane questions polititly. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars across the board is becuase the the unit I purchased was more than I had intended to spend and do not yet know if it was worth the money. "I recently hired Costantino Cleaning Services because my central vacuum hose was deteriorating and needed to be replaced. I realized that I knew nothing about the system I was currently using. I moved into this house with all this vacuum equipment and no knowledge about any of it. Tony explained the difference between the two different styles and the pros and cons of each. He was knowledgeable and a patient teacher. He set me up with an appointment asap since it was right before the holidays and was able to clean out the whole system and get me the new parts that I needed. They arrived the next day and what a difference this new vacuum makes with my carpets!! He followed up with me and made sure that I understood how to work the new adapters since it was a different type than I had before. I would highly recommend Tony."

"Sales rep measured rooms and windows to perform a load cal'n. Proposed a quality Carrier system at a reasonable price. The installation took a little longer than expected due to use of an inexperienced helper, but eventually it appeared to be a quality installation. They met my requests for minor modifications/enhancements to allow easier maintenance. Workers wore masks at all times, used drop cloths along walking paths and shoe covers, so the job was kept clean. Took time to explain system, installation and maintenance points. Were honest about risk of condensate pipe freeze-up and potential remedies, and "orphaned" water heater. Overall, quite satisfied with the equipment and installation. Awaiting finalization of punch list paperwork items."

"Two technicians arrived promptly and immediately started the analysis to determine what the problem(s) was. They determined, first, that the outside fan motor had failed. They obtained a replacement motor, installed it, and further determined there is an apparent leak in the system. They put refrigerant into the unit to bring it up to required operating parameters. They were willing to pressure-check the system to find the leak, however, I told them to wait. The unit has a history of a slow leak. Three previous leak tests by the original installer of the unit failed to find it. I prefer to wait until milder weather arrives to get still another leak test performed. These technicians were capable, courteous and fast. They did the work in less than 4 hours which included a 30-mile round trip to get the replacement motor, All of this was done in 14 degree F weather."

"Joe and his entire staff are absolutely excellent.  I purposely picked this company based on Joe DiBiase education and experience combined with being a smaller company being more responsive to their customers and that is just what I got for three years now.  Joe also installed a new ductless mini split heat pump in my lower garage for yard tractors and gator.  He also installed new Trane heat pump in basement when I had built out last year.  Both installations were quality jobs at a competitive price.
