"I'll start with the positives. The experience with John in Sales was excellent, as was the experience with Nate in Finance. The crew was also excellent - working in some pretty terrible cold weather including a Sunday in the snow! The roof took longer than expected due to the weather, but the job appears to have been done very well. Now for the only negative, The Project Manager assigned to my job wasn't the best. At times he was very communicative, and other times he was unresponsive. All in all I would recommend this firm and would use them again in the future."

He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient. The end result is that the room is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Nate and his team to anyone - you won't be sorry."

"Patrick for my sales rep was very knowledgable & did not use crummy fear mongering tactics while also giving me a realistic assessment & no pressure quote on my roof replacement. My roof was 20+ years old & required full OSB on top. Hunter my project manager was very transparent & kept me in the loop consistently as the project unfolded & helped me update the financing (due to full OSB adding labor & product) with zero hassle. The workers themselves were very nice and courteous. I felt fully informed & had a dialogue from initial appointment setup to project completion. I will definitely use them again in the future for other projects!"

He had plenty of props with him that he used to explain how MHI's solution would address my concerns. Low pressure and very knowledgeable. The installation team was very good and efficient. I was impressed. I was particularly pleased that they agreed to take my chimneys down and insulate the flues before covering the chimneys with new wood. His crew came in and worked it took one day for them to complete the roof. They were very careful in checking our property to make sure that everything was cleaned up.
