"We ended up being very disappointed with our experience. Our roof was not completed in one day as promised. The roofers left suddenly the day it was supposed to be completed and didn't return until 2 days later. We were told that they held their contractors to the highest of quality standards. We did not see this. The cuts were uneven, and they permanently shut our coal shoot. We found multiple cigarette butts in our yard from the roofing team and multiple screws were left behind. They did come back and fix the uneven cuts and opened our coal shoot but left a thick line of black caulk on our house and removed part of the roofing, so the old shingles were exposed. The gutters seemed to be okay, despite an area that was bent that needed to be fixed. We eventually got to the point where we were so frustrated, we decided we just wanted to be done. "

Cost me over $50 and when I brought it up all they had to say was "whoops, sorry." Also, I was being charged by the hour. I ended up paying 2 guys at $75/hour to stop by and pick up a few things at the store! $150 for picking up a few supplies?! Had I known, I would have gone and bought the stuff myself!"
