"The purchase process was excellent. We were shown the chemical issues with the existing water and a demo of the change using the new system. All was explained along the way and all questions answered. The installation was completed on the day scheduled and all install, function, and maintenance parameters were explained. Great follow-up. Now that the system has been working for several weeks, we have confirmed the benefits of that softened water in bathing, laundry, and dishes as well as having great tasting purified water."

"Our service was excellent. Our local plumber referred us to Central PA Soft Water and we're really glad they did. Matt was very helpful in explaining the product that they offer and the associated costs. He was very accommodating with our schedule, but didn't rush to get the install done. The system looks great and works great. I would absolutely recommend these company to anyone looking for a water softening system for their home."

"Their service is very good.  I have had them do several things for me over the years.  They are always very good.  If they make a mistake they will correct it.  They are courteous.  They clean up after themselves.  They are very good to work with."

"I called them on a Saturday night at 6 pm and they were able to be on site late Sunday morning to fix our water issue. They were very friendly and went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them for other house projects. Thanks home advisor you gave me a new contractor."

"Not good. The water leaks had caused black mold that had to be repaired. When repairs were completed 3 months later, the valves still leaked from the stem when turned on. It was past 60 days so I had to pay another $100 service fee to have the water leaks fixed. He tightened the packing and quoted $350 to replace the valves. Sheesh."
