"The cleaning was not very thorough"

"We moved out of our house and we were trying to sell it. So the house was completely empty. We had already had it cleaned. We were thinking if they could do the fridge and cabinets and all the stuff that when people come and look at a house to buy, it would be nice if that was all clean. Because it said "custom" that's what we were thinking. But then when they got here, they said, "Oh no, it's just a regular cleaning," which had already been done. So, it didn't work out that well for us. They did clean the fridge and they said that that was normally extra but they would do that for us. There was no additional cost. Their cleaning was okay."

"I recently had my dog pass away and he had left numerous blood and urine stains all over my carpet. There were also stains that had been in my home since I moved in about ten years ago that I was unable to get out when I had my carpets cleaned perviously. Neil came over to give me a quote and was compassionate and understanding. He told me he would do his best to get all of the blood and urine out and would even try and get the old stains that had been there for several years. The job he did was nothing short of miraculous!!! He got all of the stains out including the old set in stains that my previous carpet cleaner was unable to remove. My carpets have NEVER looked so clean and he even got the odors to come out of my carpets. I would highly recommend this company as their service was unbeatable and their prices were fair. "They took the roof off the existing garage, set down new floor, built outside walls, strengthened garage to hold addition, shingled roof and sided. They installed new windows and as per our agreement, we are finishing the inside work. The work is top class and his workers were professional and worked from early until late each day.
