"They repaired the roof and the gutter on the side of the house. They were very professional and very quick to answer any questions I had. They made sure I was happy with the job before they left. Can't wait to use them again for the inside repairs!"

"Energetic sales pitch. Actually went on roof to get a close look at the problem.
Signed the contract on Thursday. Cashed deposit check on Friday. Promised to begin work on Sunday.
Didn't show up, didn't call. We tried to reach him Tuesday and Wednesday. Never returned our calls. His message box was full Thursday. He called Friday morning full of apologies and did the work that day.
No complaints once he got here. Did the work and cleaned up the site.
