Shifting to exterior projects--Although we are following all the CDC guidelines, we have found that some clients might be uneasy with us being inside their homes. After several estimate reschedules, subject arrived, inspected the job required, took measurements, etc, issued a price for the job, and requested a deposit. I wrote a check for $1000. as a deposit and partial payment and mailed it to the company address. From then on, I experienced at least 3 no-shows for days on which he promised to start work.
