"After having a contractor walk out on me without finishing the job I dealt with this hideous stair case. That was up until I met Phillip! I found him on Angi & within just a few days he was able to come and evaluate the work that I needed. Not only on the stair case but other unfinished project in just 2 days he completely flipped my home. Mounted my TV, installed new baseboard and trim, finished my flooring (also redoing the questionable DIY areas I did myself) and gave me this beautiful stairs case. Not only did he pick up the supplies for me but also stained and painted it all. He is meticulous in his work and takes pride in each project he does. Truly a great person and handy man to keep around. He is both trustworthy and reliable. Needless to say I will be calling Phillip for all future projects. Thanks so much again."

"Eric previously did a basement remodel for me and I had him come back to remodel three bedroom with new vinyl plank flooring, new recessed lighting, new ceiling fans and new paint. I also added French doors between two of the bedroom as well as in my home office. It all came out looking great. Eric is great to work with, provided me with a clear estimate and always kept me informed of how the project was progressing. I definitely recommend him and would hire him again in the future."

"We Love our deck!! It was custom built by Horizon with flower stands, custom lattice and benches. They also staining decks and gave me good advice on what product to use to finish it since we wanted to do it our self. He also build and installed wooden wide custom shelfs in our walk-in closet. Serge was very reasonable and super nice guy, would hire him again."
