Sam, was an excellent builder and very helpful throughout the entire process. He accommodated all of our concerns and really was very receptive. It is an Old World European 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom home. He met with us any time that we needed and called us when ever we had a question as soon as possible. Throughout the entire process he was easy to speak with and very concerned that everything was to our liking. many days I would see him actively engaged in supervising and working at the site. He suggested items like foaming the entire house before insulation, which has worked our great. All year we have not had a gas bill more that $105 dollars, what a great savings. He has been back many time to see we have any concerns and questions.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE FOR A NEW HOUSE OR ANT WORK ON AN EXISTING HOME.

He was always there for you and scheduled meetings whenever they fit into your schedule. He has been doing this for over 30 years, so he knew how to help us. He is always on the job site personally overseeing the construction and lending a hand if needed. I have never seen this in any house we have had. He wanted to make it perfect for us and he did. His prices are fantastic, his friendliness and attention to detail is the best- and service is the greatest. I would highly recommend him to anybody. A great builder from start to finish!
