"They do our pest control. Whole service package for my home. Pet-safe stuff inside, and exterior chemical treatment. We checked around and they had the best price. They are great to work with, I have already recommended them."

"We live in Chester Springs near open fields and get field mice who like to come into our warm home as the nights start to get cooler.  We had another company come out in the past and every year, their service went down and their price was high.
Pointe Pest is competitive plus their technician, Carl, was very professional and confident about how to  manage our  rodent problem.  He gave advice on a few things he didn't have to share.

"I called and Tony immediately answered the phone. My tenant had an issue with roaches and he was able to come in for extermination that worked with her time schedule. He was punctual, explained the process clearly to our tenant and cleared the house of pests. I was able to do all of this virtually, including payment, and it couldn't have gone better. Thanks, Tony!"

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

When looking for natural roach repellent options, citrus, bay leaves, cucumber, garlic, and catnip may all help to keep cockroaches away. When an infestation requires a bigger intervention, boric acid, baking soda, diatomaceous earth (DE), and soap mixed with water are all considered natural and nontoxic roach treatments.

Silverfish can infest a bed, but it’s not likely unless you have a major infestation. Silverfish may be attracted to the fabric of the bed and the dark corners of the mattress, so you should check your bed thoroughly if you are seeing silverfish throughout the house. Seeing them in bed is a bad sign, because it means they are eating your cotton or silk sheets while they’re there.

Yes, mulch can attract pests. Spiders, centipedes, and ants are some common pests that are attracted to mulch. You can avoid infestation by laying your bags of mulch in the heat for a few hours or by using an inorganic mulch, as it’s less attractive to pests.

If you want to get rid of rats fast and don’t mind the price, we suggest contacting pest control. They have the methods, experience and equipment to handle the job as quickly as possible, along with suggestions on how to make sure rats won’t pose any problem in the future. It’s the most complete response available to homeowners.

It is highly unlikely that fleas will go away on their own without treatment. Female fleas can lay dozens of eggs per day—up to 50—causing their numbers to multiply quickly and spread throughout your home. An adult flea can live for around 100 days or even up to a year as long as it has access to a host, such as a pet or human. Even without a host to feed on, fleas can survive for weeks. Because of their rapid reproduction and resilience, it's best to tackle a flea problem as soon as possible. Hiring an exterminator is recommended to prevent the infestation from worsening.
