Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
No they didn't do work promised in fact salesman lied tech lied branch manager Rob insulted.and called me a liar. Service was cancelled because of subpar work and they refuse to refund 5500 dollars. They came passed over most areas spent 40 minutes in a 3 family home and it's costing 5500 dollars. Called better buisness bureau, and had to hire a lawyer to recover stolen finds. We have been swindled by this company at a time we needed help. Very dishonest company. Do yourself a.favor go elsewhere.

Buyer beware! Had a year contract, not impressed with the pest control. When the time came to end the contract, they failed to show up 3 times to finalize it! Had to get in contact with regional and still not resolved. DO NOT recommend.

it was the most horrific experience I have ever had-they lied to me from the beginning-I had 3 employees tell me 3 different results. charged me over $2000 for one service-and the problem got worse- I cancelled the contract-refused to refund my money-never provided the covers for the beds-they gave me the run around from the corporate offices to the Jessup office. save your self time, money and aggravation, .don't use there business they rip people off

The technician was excellent. Supervisor came by and did complete home inspection for all types of pests. No pressure to perform extra services.
