I contacted John and he asked me about my schedule on Monday. He fit us in on Monday morning. I wasn't home but my wife was. She said that John was so nice that she assumed that he was a friend of mine. I told her that I never met him before. He fixed the air conditioner and I am relieved that it didn't cost us a ton and we avoided 85 degree heat with an air conditioner. I would use John again. He was dependable, came out with in 12 hours of being called, and my wife does not always comment on how nice someone is unless it is absolutely true. "Up front I searched all HVAC vendors in Cranberry and looked at Kohls first, this was on another site and the reviews there were disconcerting to say the least. So I checked another site for HVAC vendors and filled our a request and within minutes Kohls "Gail" called me back asking what she could to help me out. I explained that I wasn't sure if I wanted to do business with Kohls due to the reviews I read. She understood and we mutually agreed that not all reviews are accurate . Cutting to the chase, I needed someone there at 8:00 AM. The tech "Eric" showed up at 7:52 AM. Super guys, very knowledgeable, experienced. I know enough about HVAC and the technology behind it. He was great, reviewed all the moving parts for me, checked how existing AC was operating, gave us tips and tricks on how to manage currently. Provided a price quote for the AC replacement and also for a new furnace, which for both I thought was and is a good deal. I am convinced those that gave Kohls a bum review actually have other issues. DMD"
