She painted the walls, with the wall over the fireplace a different color as an accent wall. Painted the stone fireplace and trim. Rearranged pictures and furniture and even painted a floor lamp. She purchased a mirror for over the fireplace and relocated the TV.

All we got was a shell of a garage that needed lots of work. Never got money back.
