Her attention to detail was evident throughout the process—she meticulously filled every nail hole and sanded everything down for a seamless finish. Sanding usually leaves behind a dusty mess, so I expected to spend time cleaning dust off the shiplap and floors once she wrapped up. To my surprise, I didn’t find any dust. "The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

They were punctual and got the job completed quicker than expected with great quality. I needed my old tattered wire fence removed in my yard, and within the first 15 minutes of being there, they had about a quarter of a done already. "I would "highly" recommend Robert Horne Contracting for floor installation. We had previously bought our new flooring and we needed an installer. Robert Horne's office called me right away and came out to our home and gave us a "reasonable" estimate. He sent me an estimate for the work to be done within 24 hours. He did an "excellent" job installing our new floating floor and cleaned up after he was done. If we need any contracting needs in the future I would "definitely" use them again. Great service, kind, considerate, and cleans up."
