I pride myself on cleanliness, hard work & finishing your project on time & budget. I always use a certified plumber and electrician on all my jobs. I charge by the individual job.

We hired him to completely demo our master bathroom and install a new tile shower, tile floor, new vanity, storage cabinet, toilet, etc. He finished on time and on budget. He showed up on time every day and even worked weekends so we could have a functioning bathroom as soon as possible. He was in constant communication with us and provided updates with his progress as well as discussing the best way to resolve any unforeseen issues. We also really liked Brian's approach to supplies and materials. We purchased the major items such as tile, vanity, countertop, toilet, fixtures, etc. For other basic building supplies, we purchased a type of contractor spending card from a big-box store that Brian could use to purchase everything else. Receipts were emailed directly to us. We are thrilled with the final results. Brian takes pride in everything he does, no matter how minor of a job it is. We plan on having Brian and BPD Construction back for a basement renovation later this year."

We design and install all walk-in master closets, reach-in closets, pantries, laundry rooms, garages, home offices and basement storage solutions. We are small, so although our product is the same as the larger closet companies, our estimates are usually substantially less due to the fact that there is very little overhead. They met with me several times before beginning the remodel of my kitchen to answer any questions I had and to ensure that they were absolutely positive about what I wanted. They began work on the exact day that they had estimated, and they were punctual and worked hard every single day for three weeks. They finished exactly on time and the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous! It’s even better than I thought it could have been and not one detail was overlooked. You wouldn’t expect that one of the most reasonably priced estimates could possibly produce the best work but, clearly, it can. When I told my friends that the Petkas had estimated that they would be able to completely remodel my kitchen in three weeks, nobody believed me. Other friends are completely flabbergasted when I tell them that I never had to try to track these guys down to get them to finish work - the mere fact that they showed up on time every day was, to them, unfathomable. Perhaps everyone has been so jaded by contractors who show up as they please and leave jobs unfinished for weeks at a time. To them, I would recommend Mark and Carl Petka."
