I am a one man operation that takes on one project at a time. I work by the hour and make every effort to complete each project in a timely manner. My specialty is bathrooms and kitchens w/ tile, granite tops, cabinets, and fixtures with all the trade skills and tools to build the entire project myself. If you are interested in a project review I can come to your home for one hour to look over the necessary items in question. After that I charge for any further consultations. This has worked quite well for my previous clients and has saved them a great deal of time and confusion during the project preparations. I will give you an idea of the no. days it will take to finish the job and some locations to look for tile , fixtures, and materials.

"Our new bath and shower is beautiful. Caulking could be a little neater/nicer but fine. We waited the full 24 hours for drying and began to use it. The day after we started using it we found a wet spot on our dining room ceiling under the tub/shower. We called West Shore and they had somebody out within two hours to stop and fix the leaking. West Shore made arrangements for the ceiling to be repaired on a Saturday so we would not miss any more time from work. I asked for the local manager to give me a call and no one has communicated with us. I appreciate that the problem has been fixed but the trust is gone. Are we going to have further problems? I feel as if the company needs to make things right with us and keep the promises of trust and quality we were given during the sales pitch."

"I supposedly won their contest at the State College Home Show 2022 for $1200 certificate. Rep came out and knew nothing about giving me the prize I won. Should have seen this as red flag. Window and entry door replaced anyway. Like the window. BUT, the door has major air draft coming in down the side and across the bottom. Have been calling repeatedly for 2 months leaving multiple messages- no return call since back in October. Company sent me letter 11/30 and called me that evening trying to get me to hire them to do more work. Assured me they would send someone to correct problem with initial work. Still have not received phone call or service visit from anyone in this company. Don't enter their contests at Home shows- I think they use this as way to get into your home to sell you their company when you haven't really won anything. and don't hire them to do any work. They will not fix any problems!!"

"Very high pressure sales. For your own sake have cameras rolling during sales pitch. Don’t let them make you believe that the installation is done by Erie. Totally subcontracted. Talked us into choosing them even though they were 7k higher than other roofers with the promise of higher quality service that didn’t happen, job site was a mess had to inspect gutters they were not cleaned. They came back out cleaned said it was done got back up on ladder gutters still full and found damaged siding on back of chimney. After filling with BBB repairs and cleanup were done just not worth the higher price. Price started at $26 a square for metal and $15. For fiberglass after 4 hours of sales it came down to $21 metal and $10.5 a square foot fiberglass. I surely have buyers remorse hopefully this review helps someone in their decision. Also suggest reading this [*** Link removed ***] prior to reading all the A+ ratings on BBB Also make sure proper permits were pulled they did not pull one till after the install when I questioned it.
