"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Nate did an awesome job of home repairs including one door that had a broken hole which he patched and painted, now looks new! A section of drywall which had lumps in it that Nate said was termite damage. He removed and replaced the section which did have termite damage and also a huge amount of living small ants and eggs. He got matching paint and painted the entire wall. Another drywall hole in my computer room which he patched and painted. My skylights were leaking and Nate repaired and cleaned all of them, the day was so hot but it didn't slow him down. My concrete driveway was dirty and had cracks. He pressure washed it and put caulking in all the cracks. Nate is so excellent at determining how to make damaged areas look like new or a driveway look its very best without having to replace the entire concrete . I can't say just how much I appreciate his good pricing, always on time, always cleaning up worked spaces, ability to determine how to fix things, his honesty and integrity. Monday morning - 7:30 arrived, and eight painters ... that's right, eight (8) painters arrived and quickly got to work.  They completed the office, powder room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom the first day, leaving after 3:00.    Each room got two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration Matte Finish Paint.  In addition to wall preparation, there were some minor repairs (caulking and sanding) to assure a good looking job.   The painters were conscientious and professional.  With the number of painters, each had an assigned job, i.e. taping, cutting in, rolling, etc.  The work was done efficiently with a job manager on hand to call for work breaks and to answer questions.

At 7:30 on Tuesday, four painters returned and finished the foyer, the dining room, living room, the hallway and the garage.
Later in the day, more painters arrived and helped to complete the entire job by 3:15!   So, the job was completed in two days instead of three. 
On both days, the painters were courteous, friendly and cleaned up.  We are very happy with the work done and feel fortunate to have met Nick and his crew of painters.  We will definitely call Ultimate Custom Painting again.  Thanks guys!
