"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

My initial call was returned within the first few hours and the painting estimate was provided in writing within two days.  Incredibly professional. However, the painting bid was $20,000 for exterior painting and minor wood repair only -- back to the same colors.  I had several other bids and the highest of those was $10,000 less than the Ultimate Custom bid.  The work may be high quality but there is no way it could be twice as good as the second high bidder (who is also highly rated here on Angie's list).  Needless to say, we went with someone else.  I would recommend getting several bids before using these guys.

"Best window cleaners ever!  They explained to me that they have a wax additive to their solution which keeps your windows cleaner longer.  It has been 6 weeks now and our windows still look just cleaned.  Three windows next to our front door seemed to have a film to them that no other window washer has been able to do anything about.  I even tried a special cleaning product myself and it did not work so I assumed it was a problem with the 40 year old  glass.  It is now gone!  Our screens that they scrubbed had not a speck of dust or dirt.  These young men are passionate about what they do and foremost want to do an excellent job and not "get in, get out".  They are extremely personable if you care to know your window washer.  I previoulsy used another A rated provider on Angies list with hundreds of reviews, and they did a good job, but no better than anyone else.  The solution Wojcik uses makes all the difference.  Windows look like new,  Their price is extremely reasonable.  We have a steeply pitched roof with incline windows on the wall which is actually roof.  Other cleaners price these much higher as skylights even though you can easily reach out and touch them inside just like any other window on a regular wall.  They are just at a slant.  Wojcik priced these as windows not skylights which is as it should be.  They are not in the ceiling!  I will continue to use them every time and highly recommend them.

It is both functionally sound (with a heater, fan and windows) and aesthetically pleasing (it matches the architecture of the rest of our house). "Brian was at my house, within an hour of my initial call.  I think he sensed the terror in my voice when I called a second time to tell him that the bat was hanging on the exposed bricks of my chimney.  The total cost for bat removal was $298.53, which included a rabies test.  He would have knocked off $100, if I had taken the bat to the department of health myself.  I wasn't about to take the bat anywhere with me.  The total cost of repairs to prevent future intruders was $920.56.  This included a chimney cap,  additional screening on my attic vents, caulking both sides of my chimney from top to bottom, and he even treated a bees nest in my siding while he was there.  I did not have to take addditional time off work for all of the outside stuff, which I was grateful for.  Although I thought the $920.56 was high, it was significantly lower than what Critter Control had estimated similar repairs to cost a few years earlier when I hired them for an incident involving a flying squirrel in my vents.  Brian explained everything very throroughly and pointed out all areas where a bat could have squeezed in.
